Your Questions, Answered
Everything you need to know before your first class at Outlaw Pilates.
What are Your business hours?
We’re open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 6:00 PM–8:00 PM.
Our class schedule may vary, so be sure to check the schedule for available classes and booking times.
I've never done Pilates before. Can I still come?
Absolutely! Outlaw Pilates welcomes all experience levels, including those who are completely new to Pilates. Our instructors will guide you through the movements and help you feel comfortable throughout your first class. Come as you are and we'll take it from there.
How early should I arrive for my first class?
If it's your first time at Outlaw Pilates, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes early. This gives you time to get settled, meet your instructor, and get familiar with the studio before class begins.
What equipment do I need to bring?
We've got the equipment covered! Our studio provides everything you need for your workout. Just bring yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. Grip socks are recommended and can be brought from home or purchased at the studio.
What should I wear to Pilates?
Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely! Grip socks are also necessary for your safety and stability during class.
What is the grace period for arriving to class?
We’re super chill, but we’re serious about starting on time! Classes begin right at the hour, with a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 5 minutes, your spot may be given to a walk-in. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we’ll help you reschedule or get into the next available class. We do this to keep classes flowing smoothly and to respect everyone’s time—including yours!
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
If you've booked a class in advance and need to cancel, please give us a call at least 12 hours before your scheduled class. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to another member.
If you miss your scheduled class without providing notice, a $25 no-show fee will be applied. We appreciate your consideration, as giving us advance notice helps keep classes available for everyone.
